About the beach
A lovely quiet coastal town, a two hour drive from Launceston. The main township of Bicheno is just 400 metres away, where there are cafes and restaurants.
The quaint Surf Life Saving Club may be small but there is a lovely community of participants and members. It also has three outdoor showers, with hot water!
Bicheno East Coast Holiday Park has accessible rooms, so you can make a stay of it.
There is plenty of parking on Jetty road and a hippocamp beach wheelchair available for hire through https://slst.wufoo.com/forms/beach-wheelchair-bookings/
