About the beach
Lorne is a 2 hour and 15 minute drive from the Melbourne cbd and is located on the iconic Great Ocean Road.
Lorne is well serviced with cafes and places to eat. These are best accessed by car which is a 1 minute drive as the beach is at the bottom of a fairly steep hill.
There are paved pathways from the car park to the matting. Picnic tables are accessible from beach matting, there is an accessible picnic table directly adjacent to a concrete pathway with allowing wheelchair to pull in underneath
