About the beach

Half Moon Bay is one of Victoria’s prettiest beaches. Aptly named for its shape resembling half a moon.

The beach is located 19kms from Melbourne CBD and is a lovely 35 minute drive along the coastline.

The Half Moon Bay Surf Life Saving Club was founded in 1910 and is the oldest in Victoria.
